Amid preparing for our move to Singapore, we were still able to enjoy the snow! My toes healed enough to fit into a ski boot for one day of cross-country and then one day of downhill. Unfortunately, after that they were too swollen & sore to go again. Samara went skiing for the first time. Contrary to what it looks like in the pictures, she didn’t really ski on her own but had a nice time being pulled up and down the hill and is at least familiar with it now and had fun. She needs to start young if she is going to be an Olympian. No pressure.

ReplyDeleteWell she has one up on Mrs. Heather. I've never ha a set of skis on in my life. Tell her when she's in the Olympics in the year 2026 I'll be in the crowd holding my sign up!
