Jumping

Samara has wanted to jump for months now. After spending a long napless afternoon in her room, she 'woke up' and had mastered jumping. Whenever I go in to check on Samara to see if there is a reason why she hasn't fallen asleep, i.e., poop, she tells me, 'Mom, I waked up' and starts laughing as if she's tricked me and I'm going to believe her. Then I tell her she needs to fall asleep before she can wake up and to have a good nap. She then says, 'I know you can do it (referring to falling asleep)'. She usually falls asleep on top of her Hugo dog--it looks so uncomfortable.

  1. Amelia's also a jumper. She jumps constantly... over the crack in the sidewalk, off the bed, off the couch, over everything. She gets such a kick out of it. I still think it's really cool you guys live in Singapore. I love reading about the different adventures you've been having because I've never spent more than a week or two abroad.

  3. Love the new posts! Keep them coming, just don't hold me to the same standards.

That block of cheese was huge. You should be able to get a few pizza nights out of that.

And Samara, oh we love and miss you. You're too cute.

Gray is sitting on my lap as I'm typing this and he saw the picture of Samara jumping and he laughed and said "Baby Samara, I like her."

  4. Haha! I love how crazy her hair looks when she's jumping. Cute girl. It's so fun to watch them when they learn to jump. It's one of my favorite milestones!

I'm glad you guys are liking it there. Your condo looks awesome!
